AI for Sales Workshop

Your sales team is working harder than ever, but not closing faster. This workshop gives them AI-powered systems to find better prospects, write proposals in half the time, and never let a deal slip through the cracks.

Your Team Is Busy.
But Are They Selling?

Your salespeople are putting in the hours. The CRM is full of activity. But when you look at the numbers, it’s the same story.

Too much time researching, not enough time selling.

Prospects slip through the cracks. Proposals take days instead of hours. And follow-up? It happens when someone remembers, if they remember.

The problem isn’t effort. It’s that your team is doing manually what AI could accelerate: prospect research, personalised outreach, proposal drafting, objection prep, systematic follow-up.

This workshop changes that. In a single day, your sales team learns to use AI as their research assistant, writing partner, and deal-closing co-pilot, with techniques they’ll use on their very next prospect.

What's Included

Eight modules designed to help your team sell more and sell faster, with skills they can use on their next prospect call.

Module 1: AI 101 — What Sales Teams Need to Know

You don’t need to be technical to use AI effectively. We cut through the jargon and give you a clear mental model — just enough to understand what’s possible and pick the right tool for the job.

So what? Stop guessing. Understand the landscape so you can have informed conversations and spot the hype from the genuinely useful.

Module 2: Data Safety for Sales

Before we touch a prompt, you need to know what never goes into AI: client names, deal values, competitive intel, contract terms, etc. We cover the boundaries that protect your deals, your clients, and your reputation.

So what? One careless prompt can cost you a client. This is non-negotiable before we start.

Module 3: Prompting Foundations

Why do some people get amazing AI outputs while others get generic slop? The difference is technique. We teach the prompting approaches that consistently produce useful results: context, constraints, iteration, and refinement.

So what? Master this skill once, apply it everywhere. This is the foundation for everything else today.

Module 4: Prospect Research at Speed

What used to take 2 hours now takes 10 minutes. Learn to deep-dive a prospect: company background, decision-maker profiles, trigger events, and the personalised angle that gets you in the door.

So what? More qualified conversations. Less time wasted on bad-fit prospects. You’ll leave with a real prospect brief you can use this week.

Module 5: Outreach That Gets Responses

Most AI-written emails are obvious – and ignored. We teach you to capture your authentic voice, then scale it. Personalised cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and sequences that feel human because they are.

So what? Cut through inbox noise. Stop sounding like everyone else. You’ll draft a real outreach sequence you can send tomorrow.

Module 6: Proposals and Pitches in Half the Time

Turn messy meeting notes into polished proposals in 15 minutes, not 3 hours. Build reusable templates, generate executive summaries that land, and create pitch deck outlines while competitors are still drafting.

So what? Faster turnaround is a competitive advantage. Win deals while others are still writing.

Module 7: Objection Handling and Negotiation Preparation

Never walk into a meeting unprepared again. Use AI as your sparring partner: anticipate objections, rehearse difficult conversations, and prepare responses before you’re on the spot.

So what? Confidence comes from preparation. You’ll build an objection playbook and a pre-call prep system you’ll use before every important meeting.

Module 8: AI as a Sales Team Sport

Individual productivity is good. Team-wide systems are 10x better. We cover shared prompt libraries, what to standardise versus personalise, and the output review protocols that keep quality high and risks low.

So what? Build systems that scale across your whole team, not just heroics from one or two top performers.

Why This Workshop? Why Now?

The productivity gap between AI-capable teams and everyone else is widening every month.

Sell More

Find better prospects faster. Personalise at scale without sounding robotic. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities your team is currently missing.

Sell Faster

Compress the time from first touch to closed deal. Proposals in hours, not days. Follow-up that happens systematically, not when someone remembers.

Win More Competitive Deals

Respond first. Personalise deeper. Prepare better. When you’re competing for the same deals, speed and preparation win.

Reduce Ramp Time

AI tools change monthly. The principles we teach – prompting, iteration, verification – work across any tool, any update.

Frequently Asked Questions

Participants need access to at least one generative AI tool — ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Gemini all work well. Free versions are fine for the workshop; paid versions offer more features but aren’t required. We’ll discuss which tools work best for your team’s needs during the session.

The workshop is designed to meet people where they are. Beginners get solid foundations; experienced users learn advanced techniques they’ve likely missed. The hands-on exercises allow everyone to work at their own pace, and mixed-skill groups often produce the best discussions and peer learning.

Yes. The principles — research, personalisation, proposal writing, objection handling, follow-up — apply across any B2B or relationship-based sales environment. During the hands-on modules, participants work on their actual prospects and deals, so the applications are immediately relevant.

We start with a 60-minute sponsor briefing where I learn about your team, your challenges, and your goals. This helps me tailor examples and exercises to your context. Then, participants complete a short online pre-workshop survey so I understand their current AI experience and specific pain points.

Content customisation is available as an add-on.

Every participant receives:

  • A printed workbook for notes and exercises during the session
  • A digital fillable version they can continue using after the workshop
  • A certificate of completion

Participants complete a short post-workshop survey covering both their learnings and their satisfaction with the session. Then, I compile the insights into a brief report for you as the sponsor, which we review together in a 45-minute debrief meeting. This helps you understand what landed, what your team is excited about, and where they might need further support.

Workshop fees start at $6,000 + GST for teams up to 8 participants. Pricing is adjusted for larger groups, regional travel requirements, and content customisation. To put that in perspective: if your team closes just one additional deal faster, or saves one deal that would have slipped away, the workshop has likely paid for itself many times over.
